This Return & Refund Policy outlines the process for returning unwanted or damaged furniture items purchased on AmalfiMart.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your AmalfiMart furniture!
Products Eligible for Return:
We will only accept returns and issue full refunds for products that are demonstrably damaged upon arrival. This includes:
Products Not Eligible for Return:
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Products that are undamaged or in perfect working condition.

Products where the damage is a result of misuse, wear and tear, or improper storage after purchase.
- Opened consumables (unless damaged).
- Products outside the return window (if applicable).
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, packaging and in unused condition.
- All tags, manuals, and warranty cards must be included with the returned item.
- Damaged or defective items may be returned outside the 7-day window, but please contact us immediately upon receiving the item.
How to Return an Item
- Contact AmalfiMart customer service by email at (amalfi255@gmail.com) or by phone at [+91 8860861862] to initiate a return request.
- A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship the item back to the address provided by AmalfiMart customer service. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made furniture or furniture made to your specifications cannot be returned.
- Items that have been used or assembled cannot be returned.
- Items that are missing original packaging, tags, manuals, or warranty cards cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact AmalfiMart customer service immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or repair of the item.
